electronic products, from idea to manufacture
why work with us
one team, whole product
Industrial design, electronics, firmware and apps under one roof, so the product works as a whole instead of as parts from four suppliers.
built in our own lab
CNC machining, SLA printing, vacuum forming and PCB assembly in-house, so prototypes take days rather than weeks waiting on suppliers.
fixed prices
Every milestone quoted and agreed before work starts. No hourly creep, no surprise invoices, and all the IP is yours at the end.
our lab
Most of what a product needs, from the first concept model to pre-production units, we make here in London:
4-axis CNC mill
SLA 3D printing
PCB pick & place + conveyor reflow
CNC cutter
Vacuum former
4-panel screen printer
Pressure & vacuum chambers
Laser cutter & engraver
Hand-soldering and reflow stations
Electronic signal analysis tools
Power tools + workshop machinery

our services
product development
Your whole product, from idea to manufacture-ready: industrial design, electronics, firmware and apps from one team, with prototypes you can hold at every stage.
electronic engineering
Circuits, power and PCB layout for wearables, medical devices and industrial systems, designed for manufacture and assembled in our own lab.
software + app dev
Embedded firmware, companion apps and the cloud back end behind them, written by the same team that builds the hardware.
machine learning & AI
On-device and cloud machine learning, from gesture recognition to recommendation engines, with projects across consumer, medical and insurance.
technology consulting
Specialist support for in-house teams: design reviews, architecture decisions, DFM and certification planning.
design & experience
Industrial design from first sketches to production CAD (form, ergonomics, colour, materials and finish), plus UX for the app that goes with it.
chemical engineering
Novel materials, chemical test development and biocompatibility validation, for products where the materials matter as much as the electronics.

how we started
Fiddlie began with a glove that translates sign language into speech. We couldn't find anyone to build the electronics, so we learned to do it ourselves. Other founders started asking who did our hardware, and that became the company.
Today we're a London team of electronic engineers, embedded developers, industrial designers and chemical engineers, working with startups and established companies on products they intend to manufacture.
